| When your order first arrives, please open the items immediately and verify the products are accurate. Also check for any shipping damage of the product or manufacturer’s defects.
Gowallpaper aims to please. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, we will do all that we can to keep you as a happy customer. Because we want to tend to any concerns you may have, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we cannot return clearance items, single and/or cut rolls of wallpaper, border, fabric, and any product that is not in its original packaging unless it was delivered damaged or defective. If the product was not exactly what you ordered, it can be returned. Certain limitations to the return policy may apply due to the customization of some products.
Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
All returns will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
