When your order first arrives, please open the items immediately and verify the products are accurate. Also check for any shipping damage of the product or manufacturer’s defects.

Gowallpaper aims to please. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, we will do all that we can to keep you as a happy customer. Because we want to tend to any concerns you may have, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we cannot return clearance items, single and/or cut rolls of wallpaper, border, fabric, and any product that is not in its original packaging unless it was delivered damaged or defective. If the product was not exactly what you ordered, it can be returned. Certain limitations to the return policy may apply due to the customization of some products.

Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

All returns will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please check the following sections concerning returns of specific types.

If you find you have purchased more wallpaper than you need, the extra wallpaper must be returned within 30 days of receipt.  There will be a 30% restocking fee and a shipping charge on all overage returns.  Remember that single/cut rolls, border, fabric, and any wallpaper not in its original packaging cannot be returned.  See Defective Wallpaper below for specifics on defective/damaged returns.

Gowallpaper stands behind all products that we sell which come directly from the manufacturer.

If you receive wallpaper, border, or any product we sell that comes damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace that order with a brand new one. With damaged and defective products there is no restocking fee also. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement should not be available, we will give a full credit that will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Call us at 1-800-778-2530 ( between 9AM and 6 PM) or e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you in replacing your original order.

Please do not install any of the wallpaper ordered if there are coordinating patterns that have not arrived at your location. It is very important that your entire order be received before arranging with your wallpaper hanger.

Back-Orders

There are times when a manufacturer will place an order on "back-order." On rare occasion this can happen and the customer will be notified as soon as gowallpaper.com is notified. We will do our best to keep you updated on the “back-order”.

Discontinued Items

On occasion, there are times when a manufacturer will discontinue the production of a pattern in a current book. Should this occur we would notify you as soon as the manufacturer informs us.

Excellent service of quality products is our top priority. We will do our best to keep you informed of anything concerning your specific order.
Should you have the need to return an item, we will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
